Black Bear shall perform cleaning,  including furnishing all labor, material, and services, for the property space indoors and outdoors.   Property cleaning services includes but are not  limited to :

Sweep all floor areas including wet mopping, Dust, vacuum and cleaning of all furniture, cleaning and sanitation of toilets, bathroom mirrors, and shower/tub, vanities and any other bathroom fixtures using suitable non abrasive cleaners and disinfectants. Drain, wipe, and wash filter for hot tub, organizing, washing dirty linens and putting clean linens on bed, providing  amenities; Clean and sanitize the kitchen   and get the property ready for guests or property owners.​

Linens provided: Fitted Sheet, Flat Sheet and Pillowcases for the beds. Bath Towel, washcloths,  hand towel. bath mat and kitchen towels. 

Amenities provided: Toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, makeup wipes,  paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap, bromine for hot tub and  extra trash bags.

Hot tub services: Our staff is trained in how to properly treat and clean hot tubs.
